Menopause Symptoms & Relief Part 6: Menopause resources.
welcome to week 6 of my dive into the world of menopause.
This week to wrap up the menopause blog I’m sharing some resources with you. I have no affiliation with any of the clinics, sites or publishers. I’ve done the work for you here, but choose at your own discretion. I haven’t used any of the services or read all of the books. The list is not, of course, exhaustive & any suggestions are always welcome 😀
online clinics.
These are private clinics & can be contacted directly for Telehealth appointments. Each one listed provides a blog or newsletter filled with information & articles…because knowledge is power right?!
online resources.
Both of these sites provide evidence-based information, resources & support for Australian women.
Dr Louise Newson is a UK based physician & menopause specialist. She is the host of the Dr Louise Newson podcast & the founder of the balance app.
