welcome to week 6 of my dive into the world of menopause.

This week to wrap up the menopause blog I’m sharing some resources with you. I have no affiliation with any of the clinics, sites or publishers. I’ve done the work for you here, but choose at your own discretion. I haven’t used any of the services or read all of the books. The list is not, of course, exhaustive & any suggestions are always welcome 😀
